RUSSELL S. ROSENBERG
Russell S. Rosenberg, a principal and founder of the firm, is a recognized lawyer who possesses the skills to guide his clients through tough challenges in their personal and professional lives. Having more than 29 years practicing exclusively in the matrimonial law field, Russell has developed his expertise in assisting his clients with asset valuations, successful distribution of property, and awards of Allocation of Parental Responsibility/ Custody, Maintenance and Child Support. Beyond litigation in court, Russell is a trained mediator and a member and current Fellow of the Collaborative Law Institute of Illinois. He has successfully collaborated many high conflict, as well as large asset cases.

LYNN WYPYCH
Lynn Wypych, a principal and
founder of the firm, practices exclusively in family law through litigation,
mediation and in the Collaborative Law process. Because of Lynn’s vast
experience, Domestic Relations Judges consistently appoint Lynn to represent children
during their parents’ custody disputes, as well as a Guardian Ad Litem to help
the Court determine the best interests of the children. A
matrimonial law attorney with more than 31 years of experience, Lynn's goal is
to help families navigate the complexities of divorce, in a way that preserves
the family relationship during distressing times. Lynn strives to provide
clients with all their options and to help them make the right choices based on
their individual needs.
